Lil' Prospectors Gold Rush

This interactive experience brings the thrill of the Old West to your event as children pan for “gold”, colorful gems, and fossils in our mobile sluice. Just like the prospectors of Colorado’s mining days, kids will swirl and sift through pay dirt to uncover a sparkling treasure trove.

Each child receives a take-home bag of gems and fossils, a gem identification sheet, and plenty of excitement as they discover what’s hidden in the mix. It’s part science, part history, and all fun — perfect for sparking curiosity and imagination.
